Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services are here to help people of all ages reduce pain, recover from injuries, move more freely, and support long-term physical health. From sports injuries and chronic pain to headaches and balance issues like vertigo, we use proven, evidence-based treatments designed around your individual goals.
We take a holistic approach, focusing on both immediate relief and lasting results. Treatment may involve hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, or sports taping, along with personalised exercise programs to support rehabilitation. We also offer modern options like Clinical Pilates, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy as part of your care plan.
Our physiotherapist Shruti Dua brings extensive experience across private clinics, sporting environments, and community-based care. We support adults and children—including those accessing the NDIS—as well as post-operative patients, individuals with joint or mobility concerns, and anyone looking to build strength or boost physical performance.
Whether you’re aiming to get back on the field, stay mobile, or simply move with greater ease, we’re committed to helping you reach your goals and feel your best every step of the way.

Throughout my career, I have developed a special interest in managing conditions like vestibular dysfunction (vertigo), headaches, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), and sports injuries related to cricket, golf, and tennis. In addition, I completed my Level 1 ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Accreditation) in 2024, further enhancing my ability to assist clients in achieving their physical goals.
