During this Covid-19 crisis, our doctors remain available to assist with your health needs via face to face or telehealth consultations.

Medicare card holders are eligible for bulk billed telehealth services provided they have been seen their regular doctor or any other doctor at the clinic within the last 12 months.
How can I book a telehealth consultation?
You may book your telehealth appointments through our our website www.theclinicone.com or by calling us at (03) 9741 1200.

Once you've chosen and confirmed your appointment, kindly wait for your doctor's call. At times, your doctors may not be able to call you at the exact time of your appointment. With this, your patience is highly appreciated. If you still haven't received a call half an hour after your appointment, please call our reception staff for assistance.
