DR CHALAM KOLLI

PRACTICE PRINCIPAL

MBBS, FRACGP, CERTIFICATE IN PRIMARY CARE SKIN CANCER MEDICINE (UQ)

Dr Chalam Kolli graduated in 1977, and has extensive general practice experience spanning more than three decades in three countries including Australia. He has a Fellowship of the Australian College of General Practitioners and a Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine from the University of Queensland. He has worked in both metropolitan and rural communities during his long tenure as a GP, and this has provided him with the experience to broaden his scope of clinical practice with greater clinical responsibility. 

 

He provides a comprehensive and holistic approach to primary care management with a focus on patient centred care and specific problem-solving skills. To continue to maintain the delivery of excellent medical services to the community, he actively participates in continuing professional development programmes to develop and augment his knowledge base and skills.

 

Dr Kolli enjoys all areas of General Practice. Dr Kolli has a special interest in men’s health, skin cancer medicine, child health, travel medicine, mental health, chronic disease management, minor procedures, health promotion and disease prevention in a general practice setting. He provides high-quality skin cancer services that include education on prevention, early detection and management. He provides medical assessments for employment and insurance purposes tailored to accommodate individual specifications.

 

Dr Kolli believes in having a work-life balance. He exercises regularly and loves spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoys travelling and watching movies.

Dr Sudeep Kolli has twenty years of experience in both hospital and clinic settings. His strong academic background and clinical training in Emergency Medicine and General Practice has equipped him with organisational, clinical and analytical skills to deliver first-class health care. His work experience with culturally diverse communities of various ethnic groups in metropolitan, regional and rural areas has provided him with a solid exposure to a high volume and a range of disease states and health disorders, including emergency care, primary care, chronic disease management, child and adolescent health, geriatrics, men's health, women's health and psychiatry.

 

Dr Sudeep Kolli has a special interest in Travel medicine and Cosmetic medicine. He believes that every person is unique and created diversely with different needs. He strives to make his clients and patients feel good, if not better, about themselves by creating treatment programmes specific to him or her. He continues to keep himself acquainted and educated with the latest advancements in medicine, medical technology and aesthetic medicine treatments by attending conferences and seminars both locally and overseas.

He has a friendly and compassionate nature, unparalleled commitment to integrity and indubitable desire to continually improve the quality of life of his patients and his skills as a physician.

DR TERESA LUM

Dr. Teresa Lum brings a wealth of experience to our practice. Originally hailing from overseas, she and her husband made Australia their home in 2010, marking the beginning of a remarkable medical journey.

Completing her General Practice fellowship training in the inviting Hunter Region of New South Wales, Dr. Lum's path to becoming a General Practitioner was paved with invaluable experiences.

 

Before venturing into GP training, she honed her skills in diverse hospital settings across the Central Coast and Newcastle. From Emergency Medicine to Intensive Care, Oncology, General Surgery, Geriatrics Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, and Cardiology, Dr. Lum's extensive background laid the foundation for her role as a General Practitioner.

Passionate about the entirety of General Practice, Dr. Lum holds a special interest in Women’s Health, Childhood Immunisations, and Preventative Health. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her proactive approach to skill development – consistently enrolling in relevant courses and staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.

 

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Lum finds joy in family moments, spending quality time with her three children exploring parks and beaches. A true epicurean, she loves experimenting with recipes from diverse cultural backgrounds, bringing a delightful blend of passion and expertise to both her medical and personal pursuits.

GEORGIA PANDELIOS

Dietitian

Georgia has been working in the nutrition and dietetics field for the best part of a decade. Her passion is in fertility nutrition - especially preconception and IVF, as well as pregnancy, alongside chronic diseases, gastrointestinal disorders and food reactions (such as IBS, food chemical sensitivities, coeliac disease, and more). 

She has even presented her research on the Fertility-diet and primary health care (2020, 2021), and paediatric nut allergies (2014) at the Dietitians Association of Australia Conferences. She has also been invited to present her research at the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand annual conference (2022).

Georgia is the owner and founder of Nutrition Prescription. She is one of four children. Her favourite pass times include creating modern fusions of traditional Greek dishes, fishing and spending time by the beach. She is an avid animal lover and has two fur babies - house cats Jimmy and Molly. 

Georgia is currently completing her PhD exploring the relationship between fertility and nutrition.

KAREN LOBO

PODIATRIST

Clinical interests: General foot care, biomechanics, pediatrics, orthotic therapy, diabetic and high-risk foot assessment/management, minor foot surgery and Trigger Point Dry Needling.

Karen graduated from AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand, with a Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry. Karen’s main expertise lies within private practice treating a caseload ranging from general foot care, biomechanics, orthotic therapy, diabetic and high-risk foot assessment/management, minor foot surgery and Trigger Point Dry Needling. Karen thoroughly enjoys all aspects of podiatry, especially keeping up with the latest evidence-based research to optimise her clinical skills. NARDOS ABEBE

PRACTICE NURSE

Nardos initially commenced her career in aged care as a personal care attendant in 2012 after attaining her Certificate III in Aged Care while studying VCE at Lakeview Senior College, Caroline Springs. Working in aged care presented Nardos with the ambition to further her career within the healthcare sector, leading her to advance education and attain her Bachelor of Nursing Degree with perioperative nursing as an elective from Victoria University in 2016. During her studies, Nardos gained extensive clinical skills and experience from clinical placement at various hospitals.

​

Since graduation, Nardos has worked as a hospital-based agency nurse and registered nurse within aged care facilities. Nardos then joined the team at The Clinic as a practice nurse. Nardos enjoys cooking and playing volleyball in her spare time. She is actively continuing to build her clinical skills and knowledge through specialised vocational courses and CPD workshop and seminars.

DEEPIKA JOSHI

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Deepika is a physiotherapist with eight years of profound experience. She leads a dynamic, specialised physiotherapy service that is committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals across Melbourne's Western region. She excels in providing customised physiotherapy treatments, meticulously designed to meet the unique needs of patients in Medical Centres, Aged Care Facilities, and Retirement Villages.

 

With a deep understanding of the diverse requirements of her clients, Deepika is dedicated to delivering excellence in physiotherapy care, ensuring improved health outcomes and quality of care for the community.
